In the future, there will be various membership levels that will offer a variety of benefits. Not all of them will be purchased, some will require volunteerism and donations of talent. There will always be an open level for all who wish to follow us on our pursuit of social justice in a world that has turned it’s back on the most important promise of society- inclusiveness. Until then, here are the virtues we are tending in the vineyard of our followers:
Time
Volunteerism is an important way to build foundations of understanding and to honor the hard work that sometimes goes unnoticed. Spending time with organizations and doing the seemingly small tasks that just need to get done is an investment in the community, but also expands awareness of community issues and reveals the struggles of others.
Treasure
Economic participation is still required in our society, so direct financial support still remains an important aspect. While The Sons of Dionysus is not a capitalist endeavor to build an Astroturf (fake grassroots) political movement just to harvest user data and influence purchases, expenses for the organization are real and monetary support is always needed.
Talent
Skills in marketing, writing, organizing, or professional experience is welcomed and requested. This is a small and nimble organization, and relies on knowledgeable input and advice from our many allies.
